Best in the business!
David is such an amazing lawyer. He helped my mom through an immigration issue a couple years back and recently helped her with becoming an American Citizen as of today all thanks to him. He keeps you into the loop every step of the way. Truly a trustworthy person.

Helped me obtain H1B1 Chilean Visas and H1Bs
David Whalen obtained for me several H1B1 Chilean visas. Most lawyers I spoke to told me I could not get a visa because of the cap but David found a different way. I know he had several H1B1 Chilean visas in the agricultural industry.
