I work with small businesses to proactively manage their legal affairs, including all aspects of labor and employment matters, contracts, formation, and management. I also develop small business maintenance plans to assist in managing those legal matters rather than only addressing legal issues in a reactive fashion or only when needed.

I draft a wide variety of agreements, largely in a business context. While much of the contracts are drafted for my business clients, I do examine contracts for individuals and businesses on a "stand-alone" basis. I also counsel clients on the agreements with attorneys, including advising on fee agreements themselves and attorney billing review to ensure that clients are paying only a reasonable fee.

I am admitted to practice before Maryland courts and the federal court in Washington, D.C. My practice has involved cases ranging from large multi-million dollar, multi-party actions to small contract disputes of less than $20,000. Unlike many attorneys, you will get a budget from me giving you an idea of how much your action will cost.
