OUTCOME: Judgment of trial court reversed and damages doubled to nearly $1.3 million.

Successfully argued for a doubling of the damage award in favor of Montgomery Bakers, Inc., a family owned business that suffered from a split between the family business owners. At trial the damage a ... ward was halved on the grounds that the remaining owners were only entitled to half the damages. The judgment was to the corporate entity and on appeal the Court of Special Appeals reversed the judgement and remanded to increase the judgment to reflect the corporate ownership of judgment.
