I am deeply grateful for the exceptional work Mr. Schaaf did on my case. From the very first moments, he was fully engaged -immediately going to the scene to gather crucial evidences. Upon learning that my son faced felony charges I knew he speedily needed legal help. I immediately went searching for an attorney via the internet. After doing extensive searching for an attorney in the Cumberland area, I found Mr. Gregg Schaaf. I contacted Mr. Schaaf on behalf of my sister who has traffic violation charges and a warrant for failure to appear. I wasn't certain how Mr. Schaaf could help my sister, but I thought I would try to e...xplain her case with him. Initially Mr. Schaaf and I spoke in length about my sisters charges and potential options. He went through in detail the various charges and progression of her case which took well over an hour. Mr. Schaaf then indicated that he wanted to go to the local courthouse and research my sisters several court files at the local courthouse and he seemed to know the local participants in the criminal process and was familiar with Maryland's Motor Vehicle Administration. Thereafter we conferenced my sister on the our phone call and Mr. Schaaf took the time to explain to my sisters options and was extremely empathetic to her situation as my sister discussed the details of her life and how her current situation arose. Mr. Schaaf was patient and showed empathy towards my sisters situation and ultimately offered his opinion and the next steps my sister needs to resolve her situation. I haven't hired Mr. Schaaf on my sisters behalf yet since she has to make the decision to turn herself in, but when she does I know who I will want to call to assist her. I am indebted to Mr Schaaf for his generosity with his time and simply being a compassionate, understanding attorney which is rare in today's world.”

We need more people like Gregg Schaaf in every profession. He is not tired out and unfeeling like many professionals. Most do not have a great opinion of lawyers, nor did I, until I met Mr. Schaaf. He is smart, sincere, and patient. His dedication shows in his long working hours which includes we...ekends. He genuinely cares about doing what he can for you and the outcome. He finds a way to translate your emotional sense of justice into the law. His only negative turns out to be a positive. And that negative is; He doesn't return phone calls when he says he will. But, you quickly become relieved when he does return your call and he shows that he did not slip your mind, but, had been addressing your case with sincere concern. So when he doesn't return your call right away again, you smile and say no need to worry, I know he is doing what he can. I couldn't figure out why I so sincerely like this lawyer past obvious reasons, but now I know, it's because he has no Ego. He is not judgmental, arrogant nor egotistical, so you feel very comfortable in revealing your ignorance of law lingo and asking him to translate. I felt immediately comfortable with asking any questions, and telling him exactly how I felt about my case. He was extraordinarily patient compare to other He involves his clients as he reviews and explored the case. I had a difficult situation with many facets and he addressed every single one of them to the best of his ability. I can't express enough the gratitude I had for someone having my back. In the end, he did deliver for me, and I was pleased. I was happy with the results, yet Mr. Schaaf was sincerely disappointed he did not get me more. This was solely due to the very bias Judge whom I dealt with before. Previously, I had another Lawyer on my case, of which was the complete opposite outcome; she was not the least bit concerned about my bummer outcome. I highly recommend Mr. Schaaf to all in need of a good lawyer.
