"I endorse this lawyer. I represented a DOC inmate charged with a felony allegedly committed inside the institution in Western Maryland. The Defendant was later diagnosed with a serious illness and transferred to a Baltimore institution closer to the family and necessary medical care. The family retained him to seek a medical parole and he came to serve as my co-counsel in the Western Maryland matter. I believe he was once the chair of the Parole Board and is particularly knowledgeable about post-sentencing matters. He had a great rapport with the family, was very personable, and treated everyone including his client with respect. He was smooth and effective and easy to work with."
