David Cavileer Ashley

As soon as I was accused of driving with no insurance, I called my friend to ask him who his lawyer was. I heard he worked miracles, and that's exactly what I got with David. He was aware of the laws pertaining to my case, and the states presentation of evidence. David called a meeting with the judge... and the states attorney, discussed some evidentiary issues with the states documents, and even pointed out to another well known attorney that he had the same issue with his case. after the meeting at the bench, the state dismissed all charges in my case, and this other persons! Couldn't ask for more!

David Ashley is one of the best lawyers in MD. I was found not guilty on over 9 charges. It was not mere negotiation or luck of no show police officer. We had a 45 minute trial. At Motion for Judgement of acquittal a number (10) of charges were dismissed. At Guilt/Innocent phase all the remaining cha...rges I was found NOT Guilty. The Judge apologetically explained to the officer that while many of my legal arguments were very technical, that is what happens when you have a Very Knowledgable Attorney. The police officer asked the judge numerous times how "In the future he could avoid this?"

David has represented me for many cases where I needed lawyering and the results of his entire performance as whole are always phenomenal. David never let anything interrupt him from his work and in many instances he devoted an entire day just for my court dates that required long-distance travel.
