Professional and Straightforward

We hired Todd to negotiate on our behalf with a difficult insurance claim. He was very open and honest about expectations, and achieved a fair settlement. We would not hesitate to use his services again, and recommend him highly.

New Boat Lemon became Apple of our Eye

Todd work diligently to get the manufacture and it's dealer to extend their representations and warranties for 3 years after one year of owning our vessel. He skillfully reworked our purchase agreement and in doing so help build a stronger and effective relationship with the Manufacturer and the Dea...ler, they have lived up to everything they agreed too and more.

Simply the best

From the very moment we contacted Todd, he and his team took control of our concerns, and they never let us down or kept us in the dark. Todd and his team gathered the facts in our case, reviewed with us our options, and put us at ease that we were in good hands. Todd was extremely careful in the a...ctions he took on our behalf, we never had a questionable charge against our account, and the outcome of our case was better than we could have dreamed given the circumstances. I would recommend Mr. Lochner with great confidence, and should we need legal advice again, I would run my issue by Todd before contacting anyone else. We were treated like family, and that made a very difficult time in our lives bearable. We interviewed many lawyers and found that Todd was the best man for the job. Do yourself a favor and call the Lochner Law Firm, we sure are glad we did.

The Best in Admiralty Advice

Admiralty Law is indeed the legal specialty that requires the best in legal advice. Not only must your selected practitioner have a comprehensive running knowledge of the statutory law and regulations but also dedicate intensive time learning the nuances of the practical applications necessary to p...rotect you the client from the many disastress pitfalls. I was extremely fortunate in that I hired Todd Lochner Esq to lead me through the sale of the vessel that we enjoyed for thirty years. The problem was recreating the historical documents necessary to pass good title when the files were misplaced or destroyed. Mr Lochner took immediate charge and gradually through his persistent and conscientious attention to the details of our matter not only put our concerns to rest but also the brokers, financiers and the buyers and their representatives. The end result was a quick and amicable sale and settlement of the transaction. He was indeed all of the above ratings and more. I will and have enthusiastically recommended him to all my associates as the best practitioner in his field

Verizon Problem Went to District Court

Todd Lochner and Greg Singer were very knowledgeable, took initiative, organized, well experienced, and new when to be tenacious. They fixed a long standing problem I had with a Verizon contract.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
