Suzanne is tireless and incredibly effective while demonstrating superb professionalism. I has lost my cool and been unable to get through to MVA, but she had the insight and knowledge to get things accomplished. My issue? I was given a court order requirement that I could not comply with. I didn't h...ave a MD driver's license but had trouble in MD, so the state attorney ordered a driver improvement course with MVA standards. It was impossible because of not having the MD license. MVA and the driver improvement providers didn't know what to do with me. The result? After an additional hearing and previously posting more items to the judge, Suzanne got the judge to remove the nonsensical order. I hired Mrs. Houle to be the attorney for my boyfriend. He has quite a few convictions on his record. During his criminal case in Baltimore County, she kept us up to date on everything that she planned to do.
