If I could give her a rating of zero stars it would be better suited. I have worked with Stacey for about a year. She has charge me over $50k She did not do what was she should have. She took over a month to get a phone call returned to me. She took over 6 month to file for subpoena's if at all. She ...missed filing the most important subpoena in my case. Then she quit on me 7 weeks before a 5 day trial. My Recommendation would be DO NOT USE her services and RUN the other way! I have filed a formal complaint against this attorney. I have had to synthesize over 50 documents consisting over 300 pages for my complaint. And in her response to my complaint she responds about some other person's formal complaint. She included multiple details in her response that did not even pertain to my case. She will not fight for you. She did the worst job I have experienced and then abandoned the case!! She may have a team of employee supporters but that did not warrant the lack of service at the exorbitant rate. Do yourself a favor, keep looking for an attorney that will work with and for you. Simply do not use her services.

Stacey was a fantastic lawyer for me during my horrific divorce. She helped me work through false allegations, a custody battle, and making sure I don’t get hosed financially with support and alimony. She makes you feel at ease throughout the whole process and even when you may not speak to her ...for a while just know she is fully up to date on your case. I appreciate all her hard work and efforts through the worst 18 months of my life. Anyone that hires her will be certainly sure to get the best lawyer around.

Ms. Rice was recommended by a co worker also going through the court battle to get more visitation with his children. I have been 100% satisfied with Ms. Rice's services. I have found her advice to be sound and realistic. She has not made promises or given false hope in areas of my case which are ...not as strong as others. She has kept me informed of updates in my case and has made herself available to answer questions when I would least expect a return call or email, such as late evenings or weekends. I am more than appreciative of the effort Ms. Rice has put into resolving my issues and am very satisfied with the outcome thus far. I would definately recommend her services to anyone seeking to take on modifying custody agreements or child support issues.

Mrs. Rice is the attorney as far as I am concerned. She handle a case that involved my child and his future. She took it as if were her own child, understanding the magnitude of the situation. She not only took care of all areas of the case but assisted with making sure that the magnitude of the i...ssue was clear to my child, yet knowing how to reassure that he was in goods hands. Before we knew it everything was back to normal and we felt confident that our childs future was still bright. Because of her commitment I also asked her to represent out HOA and that has been fantastic for any and everytime we have needed her to provide our legal direction and/or taking care of a situation.
