I want to share my experience with Attorney Stacey Rice during the most difficult time in my life. Stacey and her Team handled my case in the most professional and caring way, she was very attentive and answered my questions promptly. I was under an attack I couldn’t defend on my own. I was threa...tened and harassed by my ex repeatedly. He wanted to destroy me at all costs. Stacey took the time to listen to all my concerns. I hired Miss Rice to represent me in a divorce case. Heading into the trial phase, I discovered that Miss Rice failed to file a counter complaint in the case and ended up running to the Courthouse the week before trial to file a counter complaint of separation for 12 months so at least there was som...ething on file. Miss Rice's oversight nullified my ability to put on a reasonable defense and her egregious mistake almost cost me all my assets. After paying Miss Rice an enormous amount of money, the outcome was equally disastrous. My ex wife received rehabilitative alimony for six years, 60 percent of the marital assets and amazingly the Judge awarded my ex wife indefinite alimony in addition to the six years of rehabilitative alimony so I'm required to pay alimony for the rest of my life for a 12 year marriage. Miss Rice entered the trial phase ill prepared and to add insult to injury, Miss Rice emailed me after the verdict saying it was a good outcome for me, which was beyond tone deaf. I put my trust in Miss Rice and I'll be paying for that mistake for the remainder of my life.

Stacey is awesome in the court room especially if the law is on her side. She is quick on her feet and able to rebuttal and cross examine without hesitation. She can get pretty busy so I would stay in close contact with her associates who are very well organized. My only advise is if your going to... go to court make sure you prepare as if your the lawyer, only you are going to know every detail about every situation. And if your going to argue over small stuff your wasting time and money, the courts only care about upholding the law and the well being of the kids. That being said I don't know how I would have gotten through all the BS without Stacey in my corner fighting for my rights to be a father to my kids.

Stacey and her team ensured I didn’t get railroaded during my divorce. I was supported through the entire process, including some much needed emotional support.
