also known as L. Teri Spradlin
Maryland & Florida Legal Counsel. L. Teri Spradlin began her legal career as an appellate law clerk at the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland for the Honorable Raymond G. Thieme, Jr., and as Special Staff Attorney for the Honorable Joseph F. Murphy, Jr. Afterward, she entered private practice, concentrating on estate planning, business law and transactions, and civil and appellate litigation. Teri sharpened her litigation skills at the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia and continued to advise her business clients, many of them in the construction industry, on best practices. She later joined a larger Annapolis law and government-relations firm and began practicing in the areas of procurement, government contracts, and large-scale complex civil litigation.
Teri is a 2013 graduate of the Leadership Anne Arundel Executive Leadership Series. Her experience and training equip her to consider all aspects of the business environment for optimum competitiveness and protection.
Teri also provides complex estate planning and asset protection planning. Her strategic guidance and practical solutions serve clients’ estate and trust needs in both Maryland and Florida. She is uniquely experienced in helping her Maryland clients prepare for retirement in Florida and continues to serve their estate planning needs even after they move.
In 2009, Teri became the fourteenth attorney in Maryland to receive a LEED AP credential by the U. S. Green Building Council. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is a nationally recognized rating and certification system for the design, construction, and operation of high-performance green buildings. This designation affirms Teri’s respect for and advanced knowledge in green building and her expertise in the LEED certification process for green building practices. She is uniquely equipped to advise clients in the construction industry and on the many incentive-based and regulatory requirements for green building.

I felt comfortable and related easily through this entire case. Special considerations were given to rates and conditions. She always went past expectations to help me. I would give her the highest recommendation!
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Teri both personally and professionally. She is a strong advocate for her clients as well as a charming individual. Tenacious, understanding and kind are just a few of her strengths. She is a wonderful person and colleague."
