Professional and trustworthy

I hired for some real estate needs. They were very professional and took the time to answer and explain any guestions. Kept me informed throughout entire process . I highly recommend and will use this firm for future needs as well.

Awesome advice!

I've spoken with Lynn regarding my family law situation (divorce and relocation from FL to MD with infant) a few times. Although the jurisdiction for my case is FL, Lynn has been willing and responsive in providing invaluable advice and recommended actions I can take. She is very personable and insig...htful. My only wish is that I could have hired her to represent me in FL.

Thank you Lynn!

I had a phenomenal experience with Lynn. Lynn assistance me in pursuing a home builder that screwed me over. One month before I was scheduled to settle on my new home, the builder/preferred lender advised me that I would not be able to get the flooring that I selected. Even though this was a deal br...eaker for me, the builder refused to void the contract and refund my earnest deposit. The builder told me that flooring was not a condition to void the contract. Once I contacted Lynn she was prompt, professional and very straight forward. Because of the strict contract that I signed with the builder, Lynn and I both thought it would be impossible to settle this with the builder. 2-3 weeks after reaching out to Lynn, she was able to void the contract with the builder AND the builder agreed to refund my earnest deposit. I will definitely reach out to her again BEFORE entering another contract to purchase my first home.

Extremely Helpful and Understanding

Miss Carter was about as helpful as I could have imagined. She gave me her undivided attention immediately upon contacting her and she impressed me with how kind, understanding and professional she was during our consultation. She advised me of several options that I have available to me based on my ...situation. I am hoping to not need to hire her for her services, but if and when I have to, I will feel confident that my money is going to the right person. She is clearly experienced in this field and you can feel right away that she truly cares about you, your case, and making sure justice prevails!

Ms. Carter was gracious enough to offer me a free consultant to address a concern which required the support of an attorney. During this initial consultation after explaining the situation, I felt that my concerns were valid, that I could entrust Ms. Carter with this issue and that she truly listen...ed to me and was able to offer the help I needed. She was understanding, but also shared the steps she could take while being candid about the possible outcomes in a courtroom. After being reassured through our interactions, we moved forward and I am very pleased with the outcome.
