I do not recommend this attorney. She will not fight for you. But will be more than glad to take your money. She won't show up in court. But will make it seem as if she's doing everything in the world to win your case. Very unprofessional. She doesnt listen to you when you talk and ignores anything ...you try to recommend her include into your case. This is just a heads up. Save your time and money. Hire a real lawyer who cares. Im kicking myself right now. I should've done more research. And i still dont have my son She was never available. Missed court dates. Told me that i wouldnt have been able to handle anything without her. She told me she charged 150 per hour. I gave her the card number over the phone. Without signing any contract. She wqs supppse to take money out as it was earned. 2500 to be exact. And she took out way more than she was suppose to. The NC Bar Association states that money paid to the lawyer shall remain in the firms account until it is considered earned. She didn't seem to care. And the worst part is. She thinks she has done a good job on my case. All she did was rush through it. And now my son is still living with his mother and her abusive girlfriend. Even with the DSS testimony. My sons testimony. And pictures of his wounds that she didn't care to even look into. She said none of that mattered. I bet it would matter if it were one of her kids or family members that were being abused by someone in her family. ALL SHE WANTS IS THE MONEY. AND A QUICK RESOLUTION. It doesnt matter if its the resolution you want or not. Warning: Stay far away from this attorney.
