Highly Recommended Only The Best!!!!!

I can't believe it money well spent, Mr. Adams got 10 citations dismissed totaling well over 30 points and automatic suspension of my license. And possibly a year in jail. I had to plead guilty to eluding police officer and failing to stop, no points or fines. My fines was almost almost or over $1,00...0, I only paid $150 in fines. Just wanted to state Mandi, from Mr. Adams office, is very warm and a very good choice to keep clients calm, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have chosen this firm. I was a nervous reck and didn't realize how much trouble I was really in. Thank you Mr. Adams you will never be forgotten and are highly recommended!!!

Rude/Horrible Service!

Mr. Adams- I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for wasting me and my fiancé’s time. I now understand why you feel the need to advertise your services, because I can’t imagine anyone recommending you. You sent me your information, and this is how you treat potential clients? You were ...beyond rude to my fiancé and myself! You insulted us both by your arrogant tone. This is the first time I’ve had to deal with anything like this. I have never been arrested or been in any kind of trouble. I couldn’t get one question out without you cutting me off! I work in sales for a living, and I understand time is money, but you don’t treat people like dirt! Especially when you send them an advertisement for your services. I WAS extremely interested in hiring you, but after the way you treated us today...NO THANK YOU! Mr. Adams do not insult me by saying you’re trying to save me money just because you think I’m some low life looking for the easy way out! I am innocent in this case! The officer wrote the wrong date on my ticket resulting in my license getting suspended instantly! I did everything the officer instructed me to do. I mailed in my request for a trial, and had NO idea my license was suspended! I work for a luxury car brand, and drive 100k cars 5 days a week! I would never risk losing my livelihood over an irresponsible decision like knowingly driving on a suspended license. Maybe if you would of given me a chance to talk, you would of been more interested in taking my case. Today I was fully prepared to hire you to represent me, thank you for saving me the time. Money is not the issue sir, it’s about right and wrong. This is all coming from an error an a date written on a legal document. Thanks for your advice on taking the easy way out by accepting this diversion program. No, I intend on paying someone that will treat me with class, and take me seriously. Just like you Mr. Adams, time is money...thank you for wasting our time. The piss poor appearance, and raggedy office should of been a red flag! BEWARE! Don’t waste your time! His raggedy office matches his service! Sincerely, Joseph

Of the tens of thousand's of cases I have handled, there is a reason why there are so few complaints. There is,however, always going to be someone predisposed to complain. This is an example of that. I sized up the case and informed him that he may not need an attorney and could save the expense. I explained that he would be getting a letter from the prosecutor's office offering Diversion. The letter would explain the program and he could call them with any questions. The result of doing that would be a dismissal of his charges. I told him that once he looked into the Diversion if he wanted to hire an attorney and forego that program he could do so. I looked his case up today and see that he followed my advice. All charges were dismissed 2 months before the trial date. I could have refrained from informing him about Diversion and instead sought to have him pay my fee to represent him. That is not how I do business. This "complaint" is meritless. For instance, it is obvious what my free advice was and what it did for him. Yet it is twisted here with the falsity that I was "trying to say you are trying to save me money just because you think I am some low life looking for the easy way out." How absurd. He claims to have rejected the Diversion advice. Yet it was followed. Said going to pay someone ( to represent ) and the case shows no attorney entered. The rest is not worthy of a response.

Extremely Disappointed - Unprofessional

I hired Mr. Adams after receiving a solicitation in the mail. After a brief consultation, he explained the charges, and said he'd get more information. The court date was reset 2 times and took 9 excruciating months to go to trial. His office sent documents from the file and new court dates. I c...alled several times and left messages with questions and my calls were never returned. I wanted to know the strategy and I never received an answer. I requested a copy of information the prosecutor made available to him and I never received an answer or a phone call. His unprofessional conduct is a disgrace and tarnishes the reputation of the field of law.

There is no complaint about the results and outcome of the case. I cannot begin to fathom what REAL client I have had who would harbor such sentiments. We want every client to be happy with our representation, from the start of the case to its successful completion. With all of the satisfied clients we have and have had, over the course of 25+ years, no client can be recalled who may have had the experience described. The absence of any name, unlike all of the other reviews, makes for a specific response to be impossible, and prevents a determination as to whether this poster was an actual client. The descriptions do not fit our office and practices. I have never told anyone, "after a brief consultation," which I take to refer to the initial consultation, that I would "get more information." When my office sends documents it is such things as the police reports and discovery as well as any notices from the courts. There would not have been other "documents from the file" that were to have been given. So everything we normally provide to clients must have received, along with a cover letter explaining what was being sent. There could not have been anything else that should have been given that was not. My office procedure is to get all phone messages to me in a timely manner and I strive to return all calls. If you provide your first name, I could investigate this further to determine how your calls were not returned over the course of 9 months. If there was such a 9 month failing in my office, which is hard to believe, then I want to find out how and why that occurred. You say you "requested a copy of information the prosecutor made available to him." I have never had anyone ask for such. The police reports and discovery would have been sent in the regular course, without a client asking for it. You said you received "documents from the file" so it must have been the police reports and discovery. There would have been no copy of anything else "the prosecutor made available" to be provided to you. Finally, I have received no phone messages from anyone ever complaining that I failed return all phone calls over the course of 9 months. Nor have i received any phone messages with the various things you described. Checking with our staff, no one recalls taking any calls with the messages you say you left. I certainly did not receive any such phone messages. If I discover anyone in my office failing to timely provide phone messages then appropriate action will be taken to ensure it does not happen again.

Excellent Representation

John's representation was superb. His questions about the case, confident and thoughtful inputs, patience in fielding my inquiries, strategic approach, and meticulous court preparation and presentation were invaluable assets. I have no doubt that, without his advocacy, I would not have had the oppo...rtunity to plead not guilty and receive probation before judgment-key outcomes for civil litigation and professional security. With John's advice, I worked to mitigate issues well before even being charged. But once charged, my efforts would not have mattered in court had they not been represented so effectively. I am rarely impressed. In this case, my expectations were far exceeded.
