The absolute best training ground for a criminal defense lawyer is in the prosecutor’s office. It is there that essential trial skills and courtroom experience is developed and provides the most exceptional base for a lawyer to practice criminal defense thereafter. Attorney, John Adams, is a former prosecutor. With over thirty five (35) years of Criminal Defense experience built on that foundation.
Unlike most lawyers, Attorney John Adams' practice concentrates in Criminal Defense. That distinguishes him from those who practice in multiple areas of law such as divorce, contracts, wills, business, corporate, estates. etc. The result is consistently superior results.

Rude/Horrible Service!
Mr. Adams- I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for wasting me and my fiancé’s time. I now understand why you feel the need to advertise your services, because I can’t imagine anyone recommending you. You sent me your information, and this is how you treat potential clients? You were ...
Of the tens of thousand's of cases I have handled, there is a reason why there are so few complaints. There is,however, always going to be someone predisposed to complain. This is an example of that. I sized up the case and informed him that he may not need an attorney and could save the expense. I explained that he would be getting a letter from the prosecutor's office offering Diversion. The letter would explain the program and he could call them with any questions. The result of doing that would be a dismissal of his charges. I told him that once he looked into the Diversion if he wanted to hire an attorney and forego that program he could do so. I looked his case up today and see that he followed my advice. All charges were dismissed 2 months before the trial date. I could have refrained from informing him about Diversion and instead sought to have him pay my fee to represent him. That is not how I do business. This "complaint" is meritless. For instance, it is obvious what my free advice was and what it did for him. Yet it is twisted here with the falsity that I was "trying to say you are trying to save me money just because you think I am some low life looking for the easy way out." How absurd. He claims to have rejected the Diversion advice. Yet it was followed. Said going to pay someone ( to represent ) and the case shows no attorney entered. The rest is not worthy of a response.
