Brian has helped both my real estate team and several clients for different real estate issues. He has always been professional and timely with his work. I DO recommend him to all of my clients and real estate investors because he can quickly solve problems by spending the time necessary to find out what the client needs and then fixing the issue.
Represent lenders and property owners in all aspects of real estate litigations and transactions, to include title disputes, loan workouts, foreclosures and landlord/tenant actions.
Represent both injured and those accused of injuring individuals in personal injury actions.
I joined the law firm of Council, Baradel, Kosmerl & Nolan, PA in August of 2011 after serving five years in the US Air Force JAG Corps. My primary practice areas include real estate litigation, personal injury litigation, and representing companies in all aspects of the business life cycle.
During my five years in the JAG Corps I served on a number of bases, in a variety of areas. During my time at Hurlburt Field, Florida and Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, I was afforded the opportunity to successfully prosecute cases involving drug conspiracies, assault and various other felonies and misdemeanors. While stationed in Washington, D.C., I worked with U.S. Attorneys defending the Air Force against federal lawsuits. I also served abroad and managed the detainee review process at Camp Cropper, Iraq.
I am admitted to practice in Maryland, Washington, DC and their respective Federal District and Bankruptcy courts.
