Robert James Tully

I used Mr. Tully for my divorce and to say the least I could not be happier. Divorcing after 20+ years I really figured I was fighting an up hill battle but Mr. Tully could not have given me better advice. There were times I completely disagreed with what he advised me to do, but I went ahead and d...id what he said and it resulted in a VERY positive divorce settlement. One of the things I liked most about him was not only did he give me legal advise, he gave me practical advise. My EX wife did all sorts of things...... she moved her BF into the home, refused to pay for ANYTHING, threatened peace orders, and the list goes on an on..... Mr. Tully kept me straight through this very stressful situation and we ended up settling out of court and I probably saved between 150-200K over what I was willing to give up to end the marriage. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and that was evident each time we went to court and mediation. He was prepared, had everything filed appropriately, and knew what he was doing. Comparing Mr. Tully to my Ex's attorney would be like comparing a Ray Lews to pee-wee football player.... He completely out-matched the opposing attorney and the end result was a win for me!
