It's because of how detailed Susan was to prep us with all our needed documents, the USCIS officer was at ease to run through the documents, as well she was super sweet thank God for that favor. We were done within an hour or so. Susan can easily charge three times more than she does for her service's. Her integrity, efficiency, and genuine care for her clients is why she's the best in the DMV area. Her assistant Becky was very helpful as well.
