Green Card Marriage

We've gotten our green card approval notice! Praise the Lord! Susan is nothing but a great help to me and my wife since the start till the end. I'm a foreigner and my wife is an American Citizen. We gotten married legally at the end of Sept 2024. Consulted Susan during the end of Nov 2024. We s...tarted filling up the documents that she gave us starting from Jan 2024. One thing I appreciate the most about Susan's work is that she is very detailed. I remember that I had to revise the documents that I first completed about 2-3 times (because I missed out on some small details on my end). Susan needed even the smallest of details and made sure all of our information was accurate. I officially submitted all of the documents by August 2025, and got my work permit approved by September 2025, had the interview Oct 2025, and got a notice of green card approval by the end of Oct 2025. Susan sat in with us during the interview, it gave us extra confidence. It's because of how detailed Susan was to prep us with all our needed documents, the USCIS officer was at ease to run through the documents, as well she was super sweet thank God for that favor. We were done within an hour or so. Susan can easily charge three times more than she does for her service's. Her integrity, efficiency, and genuine care for her clients is why she's the best in the DMV area. Her assistant Becky was very helpful as well. She was quick to respond to emails to all our questions. If anyone is looking for a good attorney in 2025, I highly recommend Susan's office! Be blessed!

Susan is straightforward, thorough, and very responsive. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy lawyer.

Thanks to her, I can proudly say that my mother is a U.S. citizen!

My family hired Susan Han to help my mother gain U.S. citizenship. We had been unsure of all the intricacies of the process, and it seemed overwhelming to us - especially since our case wasn't as straightforward as the usual 3 to 5 year citizenship journeys that others might apply for. My mother had ...so many questions, and throughout the process we had more questions pop up or little issues that we needed to get resolved. Susan Han was a very patient, hard-working, and caring lawyer who responded to our e-mails, set up Zoom calls, and gave us peace of mind at every step of the path. When it comes to her work ethic, there was no doubt left in any of our minds as to her professionalism; she just seems to have all the answers for immigration. Even if we have questions or concerns about the process, or an issue just comes up that makes us believe we may have a setback, she is there to reassure us and work with us and figure out if we have a problem or not. Thanks to her, this process seems to have gone by really quickly, and it was a relief to always have her tell us what the next part of the process of citizenship would be like, and what to do. I can confidently say hiring her removed months, if not years of headaches for us, and getting an experienced immigration lawyer was the best decision we made in this process. You can never go wrong by hiring Susan Han as a lawyer. Even at the very end of the process, when my mother had to go in for her citizenship interview, Susan Han herself insisted that it may not be necessary to bring her along. While she offers the service of being present at the interview for an extra fee in our case, she was the one who said herself that she didn't think we'd need her present. This is important for me to mention because she isn't someone trying to sell us her services, and genuinely tries to put the client first. In spite of this, we went ahead and paid the fee to have her present on the day of the interview anyways, because it was a huge peace of mind and it genuinely made the process easier for us on a day that'd otherwise be stressful. Susan Han was kind, she talked with my mother like a friend, and was even allowed into the interview room in case my mother had any questions that she needed answered there. It didn't feel like Susan Han was just a lawyer, it felt like she was a friend and there was no better person to come along with my mother to the interview than her. She really went above and beyond for us, and looking back on it, we can say that her prices are very reasonable compared to other lawyers, and her services didn't feel in any way "subpar" through the process. Overall, I can say she offers great services, she has plenty of experience and knowledge in the immigration, and she will tell you all sorts of things that you need to know - some advice that you might not even consider until you get to that point of the interview process. Thanks to her, I can eagerly say that my mother is a U.S. citizen, and she made it to where she wanted to be in life. I can easily say after the ceremony that every immigrant feels a burden lifted from them once the process is completely over, and they can say without a doubt that they're a citizen with full-fledged rights given to them. It's like a sigh of relief to finally say you've found your home, and that you're a part of the nation with the right to vote, run for office, apply for U.S. passports, and more. If you are finding yourself overwhelmed by the immigration process, if you need someone to help you navigate through it, if you think you have any problems or issues unique to yourself when it comes to the immigration process, or if you're just on the fence about talking with a lawyer in general, I hope this review reassures you that she is worth hiring. Susan Han is very competent, she has done this many times before, and it always felt like she knew what she was doing in the process. Always professional and excellent in her work.

Exceptional Immigration Attorney: Susan Han - LGBT Friendly, Responsive and Reasonably Priced

I had the pleasure of working with Susan during my green card application process, and I have to say that she was absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning, Susan made the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. She was extremely knowledgeable, organized, and always willing to go ...above and beyond to ensure that everything was done correctly. One thing that I really appreciated about Susan was how LGBT friendly she was. As a member of the LGBT community myself, it was important for me to work with someone who was accepting and understanding. Susan was all that and more. She created a safe and comfortable environment for us to work together in, and I always felt like she truly cared about my wellbeing. Another thing that really stood out to me was how accessible Susan was. She was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance throughout the process. Whether I called, emailed or texted her, she was always prompt in responding and never made me feel like I was a bother. Lastly, I have to say that Susan was reasonably priced, which was a huge plus for me. She offered fair and transparent pricing from the start, and I never felt like I was being overcharged or taken advantage of. Overall, I highly recommend Susan Han to anyone who is in need of an immigration attorney. She is knowledgeable, LGBT-friendly, personable, and reasonably priced. Thank you, Susan, for making the green card application process such a smooth and positive experience!
