In spite of this, we went ahead and paid the fee to have her present on the day of the interview anyways, because it was a huge peace of mind and it genuinely made the process easier for us on a day that'd otherwise be stressful. Susan Han was kind, she talked with my mother like a friend, and was even allowed into the interview room in case my mother had any questions that she needed answered there. It didn't feel like Susan Han was just a lawyer, it felt like she was a friend and there was no better person to come along with my mother to the interview than her. She really went above and beyond for us, and looking back on it, we can say that her prices are very reasonable compared to other lawyers, and her services didn't feel in any way "subpar" through the process.
