Great experience working with Susan for marriage-based AOS

My husband and I worked with Susan for my marriage-based green card, and were very impressed with Susan's professionalism and expertise. Susan is detail-oriented and meticulous in getting to know us and preparing our documents. Due to her deep experience and expertise, she was able to guide us wisely... in what documents to present during the interview, and help us understand the dynamics of the interview. We got my green card in about six months after the initial submission. Furthermore, big shoutouts to Susan's office staff members - Becky and Ziqi have been prompt, helpful, and reassuring. I was a bit anxious from time to time, but all of them understood well and put me at ease. We really appreciate everyone, and plan to work with Susan again for my permanent green card and citizenship applications.

Excellent!

Susan is an exceptional immigration attorney who guided me through the entire process with remarkable expertise. Her attention to detail is impressive, and she always took the time to patiently answer all my questions and concerns. Thanks to her professional assistance, my immigration process went sm...oothly from start to finish. What sets Susan apart is not only her legal knowledge but also her reasonable pricing compared to other attorneys in the area. I highly recommend Susan to anyone seeking competent and affordable immigration legal services!

Thanks to her, I can proudly say that my mother is a U.S. citizen!

My family hired Susan Han to help my mother gain U.S. citizenship. We had been unsure of all the intricacies of the process, and it seemed overwhelming to us - especially since our case wasn't as straightforward as the usual 3 to 5 year citizenship journeys that others might apply for. My mother had ...so many questions, and throughout the process we had more questions pop up or little issues that we needed to get resolved. Susan Han was a very patient, hard-working, and caring lawyer who responded to our e-mails, set up Zoom calls, and gave us peace of mind at every step of the path. When it comes to her work ethic, there was no doubt left in any of our minds as to her professionalism; she just seems to have all the answers for immigration. Even if we have questions or concerns about the process, or an issue just comes up that makes us believe we may have a setback, she is there to reassure us and work with us and figure out if we have a problem or not. Thanks to her, this process seems to have gone by really quickly, and it was a relief to always have her tell us what the next part of the process of citizenship would be like, and what to do. I can confidently say hiring her removed months, if not years of headaches for us, and getting an experienced immigration lawyer was the best decision we made in this process. You can never go wrong by hiring Susan Han as a lawyer. Even at the very end of the process, when my mother had to go in for her citizenship interview, Susan Han herself insisted that it may not be necessary to bring her along. While she offers the service of being present at the interview for an extra fee in our case, she was the one who said herself that she didn't think we'd need her present. This is important for me to mention because she isn't someone trying to sell us her services, and genuinely tries to put the client first. In spite of this, we went ahead and paid the fee to have her present on the day of the interview anyways, because it was a huge peace of mind and it genuinely made the process easier for us on a day that'd otherwise be stressful. Susan Han was kind, she talked with my mother like a friend, and was even allowed into the interview room in case my mother had any questions that she needed answered there. It didn't feel like Susan Han was just a lawyer, it felt like she was a friend and there was no better person to come along with my mother to the interview than her. She really went above and beyond for us, and looking back on it, we can say that her prices are very reasonable compared to other lawyers, and her services didn't feel in any way "subpar" through the process. Overall, I can say she offers great services, she has plenty of experience and knowledge in the immigration, and she will tell you all sorts of things that you need to know - some advice that you might not even consider until you get to that point of the interview process. Thanks to her, I can eagerly say that my mother is a U.S. citizen, and she made it to where she wanted to be in life. I can easily say after the ceremony that every immigrant feels a burden lifted from them once the process is completely over, and they can say without a doubt that they're a citizen with full-fledged rights given to them. It's like a sigh of relief to finally say you've found your home, and that you're a part of the nation with the right to vote, run for office, apply for U.S. passports, and more. If you are finding yourself overwhelmed by the immigration process, if you need someone to help you navigate through it, if you think you have any problems or issues unique to yourself when it comes to the immigration process, or if you're just on the fence about talking with a lawyer in general, I hope this review reassures you that she is worth hiring. Susan Han is very competent, she has done this many times before, and it always felt like she knew what she was doing in the process. Always professional and excellent in her work.

Highly Recommend Susan

I recently had the opportunity to work with Susan during the application for my Green Card. Throughout the process, she was incredibly patient and answered any questions I had with confidence, which is something no other attorney I contacted could do. I was nervous about how long and difficult the pr...ocess would be but she broke it down into easy steps and her support was invaluable from the moment we started the application right up until we received the card in the mail. Overall, I would recommend Susan to anyone in need of immigration legal services. She was instrumental in successfully securing my greed card as quickly as possible (it took about 8 months) and I plan to reach out to her again in the future when I start the citizenship application process!
