Sharif Silmi

I got my green card last week, and I would like to say a big thank you to Attorney Sharif and his team. I will share my experience in detail. I was in a dire moment when I reached out to Mr Sharif. My company refused to sign my form so I could get my STEM OPT. By the time I got a new job I was lef...t with two business days and my school's international office refused to proceed with it, so my SEVIS record ended. I called several law firms around the US but none could help me and said there was no hope. It was only Attorney Sharif that said there was hope and urged me to apply for EB-2, after probing a lot about my situation. Even though I needed someone to help me I didn't trust him but I had no option but to go with him. Also, he allowed me to pay the amount in a bit. My process, to be honest, took a roller coaster turn, but Attorney Sharif and his team were always there to help. In fact, during one of those roller coaster moments, I begun to call other lawyers again but every one said my case was too completed, and whiles I kept calling (about 10 lawyers without help), Attorney Sharif reached out to me with a solution. The secretary, Rabia, and Gabriella were there from the beginning to help. Also, Marylaine Viernes really helped me a lot. After joining my case I got notifications and email responses quicker. I obviously do not know the staff behind the scenes but I'm sure everyone worked hard for me and I want to say a big thank you.

I worked with Mr. Sharif for my Green card process. I must say that Mr. Sharif is very professional and master in his field. He is very confident when he is working on any case and he knows how to response RFE without failure. Gabriela and Mary are assistant though out my visa process. They both are ...very responsive and always up to date with follow up tasks.

My petition was approved last week. Mr. Sharif made my dream come true. Without his help and guidance, this wouldn't be possible. This is my second attempt (first time with Mr. Sharif). My first attempt was with some other attorney(This attorney is from CA, and they just go by their standard template... for everyone). Mr. Sharif discussed my experience with me in great detail and created the originality category out of my experience. I was surprised why the previous attorney didn't do this. Mr. Silmi helped with my EB1 and EB2 visa applications, and although it took a long time to go through the endeavor because of the complicated USCIS bureaucratic process, I finally got approved and recently moved to the US with my green card - no RFEs needed. I am super happy and glad to write this review. With my EB1A I140 approval last week, it feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. First and foremost, congratulations to Atny.
