November 26, 2018 I hired an attorney but before my cases ever went to court, he unexpectedly passed away. Charlie stepped in and took several of Mr. Denning's cases and mine being two of them. I was immediately notified by Charlie's secretaries of what had happen to Mr. Denning and that Charlie wou...ld be handling the cases and would like to meet with me right away. For an example if you call the office and when you say who you are they do not need to put you on hold to answer your question. They already know your case and can answer your question. Mr. Waechter represented me in court and at an MVA hearing. Both representations resulted in the BEST case scenerios. Both were difficult situations which truly scared me to death.
