also known as Scott Hannon
I have a client-focused practice which is unlike any you'll experience elsewhere. Unlike many practicing lawyers, I matured and experienced much in life prior to going to law school, having succeeded at several other careers before becoming a lawyer. Each of those steps taught me skills that are directly applicable to helping people with any legal problems they may be experiencing. Few events in life are as daunting as having a legal problem and not finding help in the system. That's why you need a lawyer with plenty of life experience as well as legal experience. I relate well with people of all backgrounds, and I bring that personal touch to my practice. If you are dealing with a legal issue, or one in which you feel there might be a solution in the legal system, please contact me to discuss how I might be able to help you.

Disapointing
I sought help with my custody case through Mr. Hannon, I felt as if I did 90% of the leg work. I felt when it came to my custody he case he defiantly didn't fight for me or my children, he more of settled with what the other party's lawyer wanted. I had a very solid case of child neglect and abuse a...
While I understand this person's frustration, they made a decision to settle the matter, and before a magistrate who said she would have likely ruled the same way the parties agreed to resolve the case. I am unclear what "90% of the leg work" means, as this was originally a highly contested custody dispute that was ultimately resolved through settlement because the magistrate would likely not have ordered sole custody. Again, the parents reached settlement, and in affirmation, the magistrate stated she would have likely ruled the same way they agreed. I suspect new developments between the parents have made this person regret their decision back when the case was before the court, but that doesn't change the fact that this person made a decision to settle, very likely because they would not have gotten the result they wanted at a contested hearing.

Litigation Case Won with Honesty and Integrity!
I was very lucky to find Scott. I had a tough personal injury case to defend where I knew I was being taken advantage of, but no one would take my case. After several lawyers told me to just file bankruptcy, Scott agreed to take the case. We knew it would be a tough case from the start! Scott handled...

ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATION....
I was in prison serving a 56 year sentence. I contacted Mr. Hannon to hire him to take on my case. After talking to him, I had never felt that positive about a lawyer. Through his knowledge of the system, his dedication to me as a client and his excellent litigation skills, my sentence was reduced to...

Outstanding!
Mr. Hannon, through his professionalism and in - depth knowledge of the Judicial process, provided me with the best legal representation that anyone would ask for. If it were not for his ability to prove to the courts that I was salvageable and an asset to society, I would still be in prison. Because...
