Skilled Beyond His Years

Scott helped me on more than one occasion navigate a financial issue. His attention to detail saved me headaches beyond measure and his friendship is still with me today

Disapointing

I sought help with my custody case through Mr. Hannon, I felt as if I did 90% of the leg work. I felt when it came to my custody he case he defiantly didn't fight for me or my children, he more of settled with what the other party's lawyer wanted. I had a very solid case of child neglect and abuse a...nd was seeking to have sole custody, I wound up with physical primary due to his settling. I felt as if he didn't fight for me.

While I understand this person's frustration, they made a decision to settle the matter, and before a magistrate who said she would have likely ruled the same way the parties agreed to resolve the case. I am unclear what "90% of the leg work" means, as this was originally a highly contested custody dispute that was ultimately resolved through settlement because the magistrate would likely not have ordered sole custody. Again, the parents reached settlement, and in affirmation, the magistrate stated she would have likely ruled the same way they agreed. I suspect new developments between the parents have made this person regret their decision back when the case was before the court, but that doesn't change the fact that this person made a decision to settle, very likely because they would not have gotten the result they wanted at a contested hearing.

Litigation Case Won with Honesty and Integrity!

I was very lucky to find Scott. I had a tough personal injury case to defend where I knew I was being taken advantage of, but no one would take my case. After several lawyers told me to just file bankruptcy, Scott agreed to take the case. We knew it would be a tough case from the start! Scott handled... it with integrity and honesty the whole way through. I knew what we were up against, and he always explained what was going on in a way I could understand. We ended up in a jury trial and after some tense moments over two days, Scott got the BEST case scenario for me under the circumstances. He was able to get the jury to see right through the Plaintiff and he handled the case in a way that took the liability from $153,000 to $12,000 (of which insurance took care of). Overall, I would not have gotten through the last year and half or been able to achieve this result with our Scott as my attorney. If you are not sure about what to do with your case, call SCOTT! He will be our go to attorney for any future needs that may arise and I have already gone back to him to help with a power of attorney and living will. Thank you Scott! I could not have done this without you!

ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATION....

I was in prison serving a 56 year sentence. I contacted Mr. Hannon to hire him to take on my case. After talking to him, I had never felt that positive about a lawyer. Through his knowledge of the system, his dedication to me as a client and his excellent litigation skills, my sentence was reduced to... 20 years. I have no problem with saying Mr. Hannon is one of the best attorneys in Baltimore City.

Outstanding!

Mr. Hannon, through his professionalism and in - depth knowledge of the Judicial process, provided me with the best legal representation that anyone would ask for. If it were not for his ability to prove to the courts that I was salvageable and an asset to society, I would still be in prison. Because... of his faith in me, I now have my life and family back. I am currently a Project Manager for a reputable custom stone company who is able to provide and be there for my family. I am so thankful that he is an Attorney who gives it his all and is extremely personable and forthcoming in how he represented me. I highly recommend Mr. Hannon and vouch for his willingness and diligence to be the best and provide the best legal representation available. The world is truly blessed with his presence. Thanks Scott for giving me my life back!
