Bruce Richmond Chapper

I am a heir in a large trust of which Mr. Chapper is trustee. Recently I sought legal review from another attorney regarding this trust. During the consultation requesting advise, it was pointed out that the will/trust should have been written differently. Also, and although aware, it was also point...ed out that within a few weeks of the death of my relative, as trustee, he sold beach front property from the trust for CASH. I was never offered the property to purchase and was told after the fact it had been sold. He said he had to sell it as he couldn't manage the condo because it was in another state. I believe I should have had first option for purchase. I'm still upset. Disappointment continues. He doesn't follow through with actions he claims he will do. For example, stating he's planning on selling rental properties as they are not netting any profits. Three years later he has made no effort to list the said property on the market. I could list many more issues. Put simply, I would not recommend Mr. Chapper in any legal capacity.
