We hired Bill Rudow for helping us with a landlord dispute between our landlord and our franchiser who was at that time the master tenant. Bill gave us a free consultation and even made some calls to see the position of everyone involved. Once he had a clear picture he told us our options and what ...we could expect from him if we hired him. He told us it would be a long ordeal as the landlord was not budging from their position and it may go to court. We understood our options and decided to hire him to represent us and our franchiser. After Bill Rudow had a victory with a preliminary hearing we thought the landlord may want to settle but that wasn't the case and it appeared we were going to trial. Bill did a great job preparing us for the depositions and was a great mediator and comforter with landlord's council during depositions. Then the unexpected happened, one of the franchiser's employees had a meltdown while being deposed by the landlord's council and he played right into their hands. It put a huge whole in our argument. Bill stayed calm and did a terrific job in damage control, he knew exactly what to do to overcome this huge set back. And it worked, as within a few weeks the landlord came to the reality that they may not win in court and offered to settle. Through a lot of negotiations, Bill was able to get us a new lease as master tenants. He was also very gracious to us and helped us with financing all the legal fees. It is very rare to find a lawyer who makes your case his top priority and cares about your situation. Bill not only did that but he saw us as people who were in a hard situation and took time to listen and understand us. He didn't treat us as just another job that would put money in his pocket. He was there to take every call and answer every question with clarity and gave us the hope we needed to get through the ordeal.
