I agree with the people regarding contact. No phone contact, no email, no responses. I actually completed a Chapter 13, and needed to have it dismissed, but he's like finding a needle in a haystack. Good at the beginning, but terrible after the process. Very disappointed.

Chapter 7
During my court appearance I had a different lawyer represent me from his firm and he didn't even no I was sitting in front of the trustee. As of 2 months after bankruptcy discharge I continue to be contacted from mortgage company through the mail when I no longer own home after being sold at auction...
