Bruce Mark Luchansky

After a particularly distasteful meeting with my former employer, I knew I needed a lawyer who was sharp and deft. My friend recommended that I call Mr. Bruce Luchansky at the Luchansky Law Firm. During my initial phone with Mr. Luchansky I realized two things: 1. Mr. Luchansky is a compassionate p...erson who cares about the wellbeing of his clients, and 2. he has the experience and know-how to determine what had to be done, how it was to be handled, and which associate from his firm would be the best fit for me and my case. Despite the fact that Mr. Luchansky did not handle my case directly, he personally oversaw and guided my attorney and I at various junctures to make sure we were doing everything necessary to get the best possible outcome (which we ultimately did). I cannot say enough good things about both Mr. Luchansky's legal expertise and his devotion to the clients at his firm. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Luchansky and the Luchansky Law Firm!

I retained this firm to litigate an employment issue on my behalf. I paid the firm over $10k in fees. The firm later withdrew from the retainer agreement without litigation because I unequivocally disagreed with the young inexperienced attorney assigned to handle my case. I knew more about the law... than this inexperienced attorney. Do yourself a favor and do not retain this firm. Hire a larger professional law firm for your employment law needs as this small firm is inadequate. Choose a larger law firm with resources that won't leave you hangin' or let you down when you need legal representation...

I was having some work related issues for a long time regarding harassment, including verbal abuse, disrespect and possible female discrimination issues. After one particular incident which was very humiliating, I let my boss know that this wasn't acceptable and I wouldn't put up with it. He agreed ...with me and said that he would take care of it. I went a step further and asked for a raise and threatened him with possible legal action. After receiving a letter from his attorney saying that after an investigation they found my complaints unfounded, I decided to see what, if any legal actions that I could respond with. I had heard wonderful things about Bruce Luchansky and set up an appointment with him. He made himself available in a very timely fashion and was very professional and understanding. He listened very carefully to all the details and laid out all the possible options for me to take. He made me feel very comfortable and attempted to guide me as to what I wanted to do with this problem. After assessing the situation, he didn't push me into pursuing any legal action, although I did have a case. He really seemed to care about me personally and seemed to care about my happiness and how to get the most out of my job on my terms by suggesting strategies that would take care of the situation. I highly recommend him for anyone that has a potential workplace issue. He isn't just a lawyer, but a therapist as well! He's very kind, and seems truly concerned for his client's welfare.
