Every time I called the office, I was cut short during the conversation and at one point the office hung up on me. They kept asking me to call back later and that Mr. Lamb was ill with an eye infection so was missing in action. Instead of referring me back to my MetLife legal, they kept me hanging. T...he told me to call Mr Bruce back- “don’t worry if he doesn’t pickup the phone right away, just keep calling him back,” the office said. Every time I called, the call went to a full voice mail. Ultimately, he was a no show for my court case because I couldn’t get in touch with him. This falls back on MetLife legal at the end of the day. Would avoid if possible

While this was not my first consultation with legal representation, I can say that it was by far the worst. I was referred to the office of Bruce Lamb by my Nationwide - LegalEase plan for a small claims matter that was pressing. He was considered a part of the program and "In-Network". When the i...ntake specialist answered the phone it was a very curt "Legal Office" with no further identification of what office was reached or who was being spoken to. When I attempted to begin the conversation with them I was told. Can I have your number so that I can call you back in 45 minutes. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes, I called the office again and was greeted in the same manner and informed that I would receive a text with instructions on how to contact the office for consultation. I followed the instructions and emailed detailed case information along with my referral from LegalEase to the email I was provided. No further contact was made by myself or the office that date. The following morning, I called and the process started over. This time I mentioned that I had already provided all of the details he was asking for. At this point the intake specialist proceeded to try to gauge whether this matter was worth his time instead of providing any actionable consultation. When I mentioned that I needed to discuss this matter further with my wife I was told to "...have a nice life!" and was hung up on. And while I hope that this intake specialist was not Bruce Lamb themselves, the fact that their "professional legal office" is functioning in this matter is disgraceful.
