If I could give 0 stars so would! I contacted Mr. Lamb's office regarding my legal matter and was told to call back a week later to be fit into the attorney's schedule. I called back today on the day requested by the intake specialist and the same intake guy asks me if I filled out an online form. ...He says that an online form must be filled out to speak with the attorney and that speaking with the attorney is only fulfilled through scheduling after receipt of the online form. I told him that I was referred by Legal Shield and that everything was forwarded to him by the office and that this is the first time that this information has been provided. I also informed the intake specialist that I could have done this a week ago but that he was rushing me off of the phone last week and didn't provide this information which would further delay my case. The intake specialist says, "Well we will decline your case. " Then the intake specialist hangs up! Talk about unprofessional! This is just a sign of the type of practice this attorney has!
