I am also trained in Collaborative Law, which is another form of dispute resolution similar to mediation.

Mind at Ease
Getting divorced is a trying time laced with anger and full of emotion. Mine was also during the beginning of the pandemic and we had to navigate meetings through Zoom. I interviewed many attorneys prior to my consultation with Attorney Myers. After my consultation with her my mind was at ease. Her guidance made a dauting experience easier to digest. She kept me constantly updated so I was never lost in the case. Her instructions came with clarification and their was always follow up. It was clear when it came to negotiations that Attorney Myers was well experienced. She was professional but totally understood the emotion of the experience. I am grateful I was able to find Attorney Myers who came highly recommended to me.

Sherry Myers Is Fantastic
Sherry recently handled my divorce settlement. I can honestly say that she was fantastic. She knew the legal considerations and effectively made sure everything was in order. Because of her knowledge of the law and a keen understanding of the settlement issues, she handled all the details perfectly. She avoided complications and problems. She also became familiar with me as a person, not just a client. In addition to her legal acumen, she was empathetic and reassuring that everything would work out fine; and it did. I’ve known other lawyers over the years, but none of them compare to Sherry. She is simply the best.

An attorney that can be trusted
I was referred to Sherry by the Lawyer Referral Service. I called her and she scheduled a initial consultation. Sherry helped me change my perception of attorneys. She is honest, will listen and cares about her clients. While she does need to be paid for a living, she won't bill for erroneous & unnecessary charges. Her client's interest is of the utmost importance. I have let all of my friends know about the amazing job that Sherry did and the amazing person that she is!

Great Lawyer
I greatly appreciate everything that Sherry did for me in my case. I had an uncontested divorce that should have happened very quickly. My first lawyer had my case for almost a year. After several mishaps, I sought counsel from Sherry. She was able to pick up my case and complete my divorce for me within a couple of months. She is personable, caring, very thorough, and takes her time to ensure that her client is fully informed of the process and where they are within the process. I can't thank her enough!

Sherry Kay Myers-Attorney, Lawyer and Awesome Counselor
I was recently separated (and I mean recent..like 3 weeks) after 28 years of marriage, when my lawyer and friend recommended Sherry Myers for my divorce attorney. So anyone who has experienced this life crisis knows the intense emotional and physical toll it can take on you. I say this because for me, I needed a lawyer..of course, but what I really needed was a counselor that could separate the intense feelings from the reality of the job at hand. She has a wonderful way of presenting the facts so that I was able to see the whole picture...past and future. She kept me focused and on track...which is difficult to do sometimes. So Sherry was also my counselor; a sort of life coach. If you're having to start over in life, I glad Sherry was there to get me started in the right direction.

Difficult Divorce Situation
Sherry Myers was referred to me by the Lawyer Referral Service through Baltimore County. When I spoke with her, she listened to my situation and asked me to come for a free consulation as soon as I was able to. Once I met with Sherry, I felt comfortable from the start and confident that she would be able to assist me in obtaining a divorce from a spouse in hiding. There were many obstacles that had to be overcome in order to get my divorce finalized. Because he was in hiding and we had no idea where he was, Sheery had to file numberous Motions and Requests for Orders and all were done efficiently. Sherry explained every step of the process to me and answered any questions that I had about the proceedings. She understood how difficult all of this was for me and did all she could to make the process as painless as possible.
