General Civil Litigation spans a multitude of topics. Within this area, I also have extensive experience in Landlord/Tenant matters (both sides) as well as negotiation of all types of settlements.

Mediation is an alternative form of dispute resolution that allows parties to sit down with a neutral 3rd party and attempt to fashion a settlement that fits the unique needs of all parties involved. It is a very cost-effective way to avoid litigation and get a more comprehensive and favorable agreement than might be possible from a Judge. I am also trained in Collaborative Law, which is another form of dispute resolution similar to mediation.
