Biography
Jeffrey Margolies is a member of the law firm of Alliant Legal Group, LLC and an attorney with its affiliated title agency, Real Estate Settlements & Escrow, LLC. Jeffrey is a 1984 Law Review graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law. He pioneered and taught “The Principles of Title Industry Practice” at Catonsville Community College and is a popular and noted lecturer who conducts numerous real estate seminars throughout the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan Area.
Jeffrey is a Past-President of the Maryland Land Title Association and holds the special designation of “Certified Land Title Professional”.
He is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Land Title Association, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors (and previously served on its Board of Directors) and the Women’s Council of Realtors.
