P. Olen Snider Jr.

Mr. Snider is General Counsel to Summit Title Services, Cheyenne’s most professional and effective title company committed to excellence in service and professional attention to detail. He was formerly in private practice as Snider Law Office, focusing primarily on property, business, and finance law.

From December 1998 through May 2003, Mr. Snider served as a senior assistant attorney general for the State of Wyoming, representing the School Facilities Commission, the State Treasurer, the Wyoming Business Council, the State Building Commission, and the General Services Division of the Department of Administration and Information, typically on matters of commercial, financial, and construction law. He also represented the State Board of Equalization and assisted, as needed, in supervising the Office's Consumer Protection Unit. Mr. Snider previously represented the State Bank Board, the State Banking Commissioner, the Collection Agency Board, the Uniform Consumer Credit Code Administrator, and the Departments of Audit and Revenue. Before returning the Wyoming in 1998, Mr. Snider was in private practice in Baltimore, Maryland, where he represented private and quasi public lenders in all aspects of complex private and public financing, in title and other real estate matters, and in regulatory compliance.

Mr. Snider's legal experience includes extensive negotiation of many complex transactions and substantial legal and practical experience in commercial and public finance, municipal, corporate, real estate, and land title law.
