From December 1998 through May 2003, Mr. Snider served as a senior assistant attorney general for the State of Wyoming, representing the School Facilities Commission, the State Treasurer, the Wyoming Business Council, the State Building Commission, and the General Services Division of the Department of Administration and Information, typically on matters of commercial, financial, and construction law. He also represented the State Board of Equalization and assisted, as needed, in supervising the Office's Consumer Protection Unit. Mr. Snider previously represented the State Bank Board, the State Banking Commissioner, the Collection Agency Board, the Uniform Consumer Credit Code Administrator, and the Departments of Audit and Revenue. Before returning the Wyoming in 1998, Mr. Snider was in private practice in Baltimore, Maryland, where he represented private and quasi public lenders in all aspects of complex private and public financing, in title and other real estate matters, and in regulatory compliance.
