Ryan Earl Naugle

Mr. Naugle is experienced in the defense of motorists who are sued as a result of automobile accidents. In his experience he has tried numerous cases at the District Court and Circuit Court level in Maryland. He has handled and tried cases in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia, as well. He has briefed and argued 3 times before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.

In addition to his work defending motorists and the holders of insurance policies in personal injury cases, Mr. Naugle frequently represents Insurance Carriers in coverage disputes, mediation and lawsuits involving claims for insurance coverage.

Mr. Naugle is regularly involved in the defense of contractors and subcontractors related to claims of negligence and construction defects in residential and commercial properties. Mr. Naugle also has experience defending claims of personal injury from toxic mold in connection with construction defect claims.

Mr. Naugle has experience handling misdemeanor and felony criminal cases ranging from DUI/ DWI Defense, Drug Possession, Domestic Violence, Assault, Theft, White Collar Crime, Juvenile Delinquency and Child Abuse and Claims of Sexual Abuse.
