Turnbull, Nicholson & Sanders was recommended to me by a friend. I went to see Mrs. Rebecca Fleming in Sept 2014, prior to that I cancelled my ongoing case in CA per her recommendation. I was informed that I can not have any open case in any other state. Therefore prior to our first meeting my case w...as cancelled. I paid $375 for our first consultation. The only thing that was explained to me during the meeting was that no actions can be taken until she has all my papers, even though my case was dismissed in CA and therefore we were starting all over again. She was supposed to send me the papers the next day so we can get my case started, however it's been two months now and I have not received any papers, I called the office multiple times and not once have I received a phone call back. I have no child support orders at this time since I was advised to dismiss my case in CA and Mrs. Fleming has decided she does not want to represent me but unfortunately nothing was ever communicated with me. I paid $375 for consultation and nothing was gained from that meeting. One phone call explaining her reasoning would have only been a professional thing to do.
