After my soon to be ex made false accusations about me involving a handgun, the state decided to charge me with a 1st degree felony charge. After telling Mr Henslee my story he immediately knew these allegations were outrageous and never once doubted me. For someone with a clean record up until now... I was excessively anxious, but Mr Henslee knew how to speak with me to calm me down. He was very good at explaining the process and what to expect without talking down to you. He was also very responsive to calls, texts, and emails. My family came to the scheduling conference and met him for the first time. He took his time to explain to me what was going to happen, then offered to go over it with my family so they could understand the process as well. Needless to say he got me a deal that didn't require me to plead guilty, go to trial, or even have jail time. I would definitely recommend him for others.
