also known as Cynthia Batchelder
After working 22 years in family law litigation, I decided to leave litigation behind and concentrate my practice on assisting family law clients with reaching settlements outside of court through mediation services, collaborative law, or representation of clients while they negotiate settlements with other forms of alternative dispute resolution. I also continue to be committed to representing children in their parents' contested custody disputes. I am an attorney member of the Collaborative Professionals of Baltimore.

Cynthia was clear and responsive from first contact and all through my divorce proceedings until completion . I liked Cynthia’s clear and concise approach and willingness to work through and understand each problem and difficulty that occurred .
"Ms. Batchelder was appointed by the Court as a best interests attorney (BIA) pending in Baltimore County. She is professional, knowledgeable and has only the children's best interests in mind. I highly recommend her as a best interests attorney, mediator or family law attorney."
