Excellent communicator and listener. Always professional, and accomodating.
Mr. Ginsburg was able to communicate graciously under very complicated circumstances. He went out of his way to be accessable, and collaborated well with one of his partners while handling my case. I fully intend to use his services in the future for my own estate planning.

Recommendation
Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler handled our mothers' estate. It was an emotionally difficult time, and Yale provided legal, as well as thoughtful, stewardship. He handled all the details and filings such as Petition for Probate, Notice to Creditors, etc. In short, Yale lifted the burden of our mother's passing. If you're seeking legal counsel, talk to Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler.

experience
I feel Yale Ginsburg was most helpful in preparing a will for my Mother-In-Law. Due to her advanced age he even came to her house. Overall his firm represented me in a Litagation which eventually culminated in a settlement.

Best Lawyer I've Known!
Mr. Ginsburg was hired for Estate representation and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He has shown a willingness to conduct and conclude our Estate administration even under the most trying and difficult of circumstances. His compassion and understanding has made the process much easier to deal with and he makes himself available to his client on a daily basis. I never seem to have a question that he cannot answer or is willing to find an answer to. He has been extremely patient with me as personal representative of the Estate and has been willing to deal with my inexperience with patience and a willingness to teach how to navigate the legal process with expert guidance. I not only recommend Mr. Ginsburg as an attorney, but I am forever grateful to him for his services.
