Extremely Poor Service from Intake Worker I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from the intake worker at Joseph OStads Attorney's Office. From the moment I called, I was met with a dismissive and rude attitude. The intake worker seemed utterly disinterested in assisti...ng me. She was curt, abrasive, and made it clear she wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Her tone was unprofessional, and her responses were brief and unhelpful. When I tried to explain my situation, she interrupted me multiple times, clearly not listening to my concerns. Her sole focus seemed to be on rushing through the call, rather than providing any meaningful assistance. I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by the intake worker. As the first point of contact for potential clients, her behavior was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire office. I would strongly advise others to seek legal assistance elsewhere.

After six months of handling my own case I decided to seek outside help. Based on recommendations I called a handful of attorneys. I met her while she was still a law student at Columbia University Law School. Needless to say, turning to anyone other than Ms. Bazzell was difficult. However, my case is in Baltimore City and Ms. Bazzell is licensed to practice in Philadelphia not Baltimore. Based on recommendations I got in touch with Mr. Ostad's office and I'm glad I made the right decision. My case involves a distribution broker hired by General Mills. I'm 100% confident that Mr. Ostad and Mr. Connors are more than capable to take on corporate giants without missing a beat. Moreover, I feel I can rest easy and not be sold out. The firm has my best interest in mind.
