Mr. Chalker is indeed a legal guru. I don't know how he does it but he indeed knows the law and how to work his work around. I worked with Phillip Chalker on a case that I had initially lost all hope for specifically with trying to work on it myself. I almost gave up until I consulted him. During our... conversation, he was very honest with me on outcomes and options to resolve the issue. I took his word for it and let him be the lead. In the end, he proved to be very honest with what he said; He knew the Laws of Maryland far more than any other attorney I had consulted, and his intention was not on the money but rather winning the case and meeting his clients needs according to the Laws of the land, unlike other attorneys that I had consulted with before him who seem to be money driven. Oh and one thing to add is that he is very organized with documentation, prioritizes cases in their order of urgency and definitely gets on then as needed.
