My experience with this attorney was terrible after being in the hospital from January 3rd 2022 for three months with Covid on a ventilator on a feeding essentially in a coma i was fortunate to come out of it after rehab i went home still too weak to work i could barely walk up the stairs i consulted... this firm and they told me what a 'great case' i had after 4 months i called to inquire about my case and no one ever got back to me when i received an email from the Irwin people telling me they could no longer represent me no reason no explanation nothing about my case i finally was able to get one of Irwin's assistants on the phone who was rude disrespectful and wouldn't answer any of my questions when she then hung up on me i received another email from Irwin stating he didn't like how i spoke to his indignant assistant so basically he was the victim and i was the bad guy with 'friends' like this who needs enemies these people are despicable they treat you with no dignity no respect and discard you like trash then blame you! Listen folks run from these people they are ambulance chasers slip and fall lawyers the scum of the earth
