After receiving a citation for DUI/DWI and not knowing what to do or what to expect. I began my research online for an attorney. I came across Brian name more than once. I called the office and asked to speak with him. He wasn't inside the office at the time, but within 20 minutes he called me from h...is cell phone. We talked for a few and I gave a brief synopsis of my case. He suggested I come to the office we meet and discuss more. Initially meeting him I felt at ease. He is approachable. Good listener and very attentive. What made things comfortable for me was him explaining how he expect for my case to go. What he plan was and all of the possibilities. He was open for all questions and honest in his response. I didn't feel like he told me things because that was what I wanted to hear. Asking the outcome of my case he was honest on what his plan was and his attempt for that plan. I liked that he was familiar with judges at the court house where I had to appear (baltimore county- towson). He knew what judges you would have a better chance with and the ones you would not. He had a plan for everything. He will also work with you and your payments. You will know what to expect from the beginning to the end. First offense case I got PBJ for DWI and 6 months probation. I received many letters from other attorneys prior to hiring him. But my intuition said to go with Brian. I'm glad I listened.

well i had a dui case from 5yrs ago and got on probation, i was getting my teeth pulled in a few days so my dentist put me on pain med (narcotics) for the week till he would be able to do the operation and i brought my probation officer a note and prescription paper from dentist but even with that an...d her knowing i wouldnt pee clean she violated me and i had a warrant which i was unaware of till 4yrs later when an incedent happened and police looked me up and saw i had a warrant no bail in baltimore county and that i would be going there for a few days till a court date came. i sat in jail which ive never done before scarred to death and ended up not getting a court date till almost a moth and a half later, my friend in prison (sounds horriable) used him and he got her bail from 80 grand down to nothing and i only had given him a days notice and prayed he would be able to make it to court and get a postponment but get the judge to let me out till the next date since i was held so long with no bail watching people who have done the worst crimes walk out on bail and there i was first time ever in jail scarred alone and all for a violation of probation for a dui 4yrs ago, i had no hope and was ready to give up then when the day of august 16th 2011 i was a nervous wreck everyone was saying there is no way with a no bail your going to get a postponment and go home till next court date youll be back in jail till the next onei was ready for the worst news another girl was in same situation as i was and got 24months in jail so i just knew i was going back to bcdc. then when it was my time to go in front of the judge this angel of a lawyer BRIAN ThOMPSON not only got me out while we waited for the next court date but when the actual court date came i walked with time served, no more probation i was completely free and if it wasnt for having posion ivy the second court date i would of given him the biggest hug in the world and probably never let go, this man is an angel the second i saw him in the court room also first time meeting him i automaticlly felt like a large relief and never felt that way about anyone. he got up there and got me out of that horriable jail the first time then second date i got time served and thats it, but brian watch your back because i still will never ever forget you and what youve done for me it ment the world and youll never understand how amazing it feels for someone in my situation have someone defend me and i know its your job but you went there like i was paying you a million dollars so i still will give you that hug im posion ivy free now :) haha your an amazing lawyer and no matter how big or small the case you take them all like your defending someone on death row noone who hires you gets treated any better or worse then other clients thats what makes you such an amazing person not just lawyer you look at all your clients and know that were people too and most lawyers with a case like mine would slack off a tiny bit and just say its not a serious case i dont gotta work to hard on this one but you went above and beyond with me as you do all your clients. everyone can say what they want about lawyers but i will put my hand on the bible and i wouldnt ever lie on bible but you dont seem like you see money just people who have made a mistake and sometime havent so you proove their innocence but i felt like i was represented by a lawyer who not only made me feel like i was paying him a million dollars but also he really truely cares about every single one of his clients and just standing next to him in court room is a huge sigh of relief he truely cares about every single client and makes them feel comfoterable and relaxed in the most stressful time when your about to hear the verdict. thank you brian your someone ill never forget and tell everyone about cuz ive never had a lawyer not just be tough and give his all to every client but also make them feel calm and ready to hear whatever the judge says.
