Ms. Carpenter was neither responsive nor informative. She did not keep me apprised of the status of my case, and went a documented 35 consecutive days without contacting me despite numerous attempts to reach her. When I attempted to raise my concerns with her, she became unduly aggressive and rude. I... very much doubt the validity of the charges against my account in light of her lack of activity on my case and behavior when inquired to. I do not recommend this attorney for any service.
