I have used Mrs. Dement-Carpenter for two different occasions and she is the most easy-going person to work with. She is very professional but also gets down to your level so she isn't constantly speaking legal jargon at you. Everything is previewed before an actual copy is drawn up (for mediation) a...nd she gets back to you usually the same day with emails. Rescheduling is never a problem and she uses the time adequately with a little room for breathing so you're not totally overwhelmed. She gives options if ours aren't working and she will sit and talk you through everything and make everything clear for you. There is never any confusion when you leave her office. Agreements are read back to you so that everything is understood and nothing is signed without both parties approval and everything is understood. I would use her again (hopefully, I won't have to!!!) for any of my legal needs. She's extremely personable and I just really enjoyed her as a whole.
