Ruminating over the durable powers of an attorney for your estate planning needs is not an enjoyable task. However, it is a necessary one. I strive to help families preserve their wealth for future generations, minimize estate taxes, avoid probate and minimize personal liability with proper planning.

Prior to law school, I taught high school at a public school in New York City. I am always astonished at how valuable the former role is for success in the latter as the practice of law requires the distillation and dissemination of complex ideas and an ever-evolving hybrid of empathy and determination.

As an attorney, I have unique experience working with individuals and as a corporate generalist and de facto in-house counsel for numerous companies. My clients are typically small to medium sized business owners who require counsel of every sort, including advice on implementing policies and procedures to adhere to new legislation and best practices. In every case, and for every client, I enjoy the challenges presented. I enjoy fostering camaraderie. I enjoy asking questions. I am adept at identifying what’s pertinent in every case. I am proficient at crafting language that is both impenetrable and conforms to all relevant laws and regulations.

Additionally, I am a writer who regularly publishes humor pieces, essays and fiction in various online and print publications. My first book, The Emperor of Ice-Cream was published in March 2019.
