Biography
Honored as the firm's Trial Associate of the Year in 2009, Mr. Cleaver has established himself as a key member of Kramer & Connolly's litigation team. His practice involves the prosecution and defense of personal injury claims, defending professionals who are sued for negligence and other types of non-medical malpractice, insurance coverage disputes, and real estate litigation.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, Mr. Cleaver served for two years as the judicial law clerk for The Honorable Donald E. Beachley of the Circuit Court for Washington County, Maryland. Prior to law school, Mr. Cleaver earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University.
As a trial associate at Kramer & Connolly, Mr. Cleaver has briefed and argued motions and tried cases throughout Maryland, establishing a winning track record with careful preparation, research and aggressive advocacy.
