Biography
John is one of the most highly rated labor and employment attorneys in Maryland. For the better part of 30 years, he has represented individuals, labor unions, businesses and non-profits in any and all employment issues including termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, wrongful discharge, whistleblowers, and others in litigation. He regularly reviews severance agreements and does consultations for advice as well. A veteran courtroom attorney, he has also represented clients in medical malpractice cases, copyright infringement, workers compensation and other matters that require a broad range of skills. John also acts as a mediator or neutral helping .
