Excellent experience

I had a consultation with the firm about an immigration issue that I did not understand how to proceed. I spoke to Attorney Pamela Genise at the firm. She was excellent. She had reviewed my issue before-hand and came prepared. So, I did not have to spend time explaining the issue. She provided me wit...h clear guidance and advice. I felt very comfortable with her knowledge and advice. She was able to answer all my questions and provided me with a clear direction. I had heard good things about the firm and I am happy that my experience was great too. I would highly recommend them.

Exceptional Experience with Murthy Law Firm

I contacted James Laughlin and the attorney has been extremely helpful in clearing all my questions pertaining to immigration as well as gave me detailed options in my case on how to take next steps. He was exceptional in reviewing all the documents and would even bring up minor errors that I had to ...correct back in order to ensure fool proof documentation. That kind of gives you immense trust as if you make any mistake in the documentation unknowingly you have someone who you can rely on to capture them. I had the pleasure of talking to him directly on few occasions and the consulting/ appointment process was quick and it provided timely help in my case. Employment based GC Process

The GC Process was well explained from the beginning on what to expect. The OCM ( Online case management) update was immediate and the best way to communicate the status and progress, There was no requirement to call or send the email for any update. The Lawyer's expertise was commendable and was ab...le to satisfy the USCIS requirements. I was aware Murthy firm is a leading Immigration consultancy, now, I have experienced their professionalism. Given the Immigration situation in US, its very important to leave our case in safe hands who will take care and that must be Murthy Law Firm. They really know what matters, Its Immigration. :)

Attorney par excellence - Sheela Murthy rocks

I approached Sheela when I was frustrated. My previous attorney had messed up my I-140, which had to be withdrawn. I had no clue what to do. I requested a phone call with Sheela and she promptly agreed. On the phone, she gave me confidence in just a few minutes. We hired Murthy Law Firm (MLF). On her... advice, my company and I decided to file again my I-140 and I-485 concurrently. That was the beginning of a very professional and personal relationship with Murthy Law Firm. Professional because the attorneys at Murthy Law Firm are very knowledgeable and experienced. They remained in close contact with me, shared their opinions, made draft responses available for my review, encouraged my inputs and prepared rock solid petitions and responses to USCIS queries. The attorneys responses were based on AAO rulings, citations and various past cases references. You can't beat that, can you? Personal because the attorneys went beyond the normal call of duty. They worked late hours when necessary and were very patient while listening to my feedback, questions and sometimes heightened anxiety ! Not once did I feel that I am being rushed or overlooked. Even paralegals assigned to my case demonstrated attention to details in coordinating between the attorney and me. They would go through nuts and bolts of required documents with me, call me and even remind me till they received all needed paperwork. Sheela and her star attorneys helped my family and me to secure our green cards. I remember when Sheela told me on the phone during my first call, to not worry. "We know immigration matters, and we are very good at what we do", she had said. Well, she sure is. Thank you Sheela for your excellent and outstanding services.
