Exceptional Service

Greetings! My wife and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to you for our Green Card approval. When we checked the USCIS portal, it estimated a processing time of 17.5 months, and the processing time for the Advance Parole was much later than the Green Card itself. Given that we have ...elderly parents and in-laws to care for, we were very worried about the long wait. Having our Green Cards in hand within just 4.5 months is incredible. This demonstrates her extensive experience and wide range of practice. Not all the attorneys develop this sort of skill-set. EB1a approved in business

After a smooth 01a process, the Murthy team went ahead with EB1a process. We got a long RFE with over 10 pages not accepting a single criteria (out of the 5 we had evidence for). The team laid out a detailed legal response reiterating the evidence provided that was over looked and substantiated with ...further evidence. The case was approved. I will highly recommend the Murthy law firm for their experience and strong legal team.
