I have implicit trust and faith in this practice—they are smart, professional, and their knowledge and expertise is formidable

Have been battling with an immigration issue in the family for a bit. Dealt with the well-meaning opinions of family and friends till I hit that incapacitating crescendo of noise—and realized that unless I spoke with somebody who 'gets it'—both the human aspect of the dilemma and has deep subject mat...ter expertise, I would keep spinning. Scheduled a consultation with the Murthy Law Firm online. Prompt follow up by the office on the phone and via email. Spoke with the attorney yesterday. He heard us, shared his approach and thinking, clearly defined our next steps, clearly demystified the process! It all became crystal clear after that. He did not feel we needed to hire the services of the firm—but suggested we schedule appointments as needed! (I should add that I had last spoken with the attorney in 2001—and heck, he left an impression then!). Yes, Murthy Law Firm is not hype—they deliver! And I am happy to recommend them.

Excellent advice

I had a telephone consultation with Ms.Pamela Genise one of the partners at the firm about green card processing for my mother. I had sent information across beforehand and she was already familiar with my situation. She was very patient and offered clear,concise advice to my questions and helped me ...make a decision. In addition she was also kind enough to respond to a follow up question via e-mail after the paid consultation was over. Would highly recommend this firm

Favorable outcome through Murthy Law firm for a complicated and challenging PR case

We consulted our case with 3 different Law firms and realized that the Managing Attorney and Paralegal of Murthy Law firm were exceptionally up to date with the immigration laws and each and every clause within and most importantly extremely confident compared to other firms. Even though, the fees ...charged was a bit higher than other firms, we chose to handover PR process case to Murthy Law firm. The managing Attorney charted out Step 1-2-3 and handheld us throughout the process. It was totally worth it as it took away a lot of pressure and stress away from us and we could focus on our daily lives and jobs with a peace of mind. The outcome was obviously favorable !!! Getting a PR Approval email and Text message from USCIS was truly a life changing event for our family and the team of Attorneys Aron Finkelstein, Anna Stepanova, Jessica Beaver, Kyle Rhodes, Katie Ordonez truly were the life changers not only for my family but thousands of them over the number of years.

Nothing but Awesome!

My then attorney asked me to go to India and return after 1 year, since I hit the 6 year H1 limit and my current pending Labor had an issue. I had a paid consult with Murthy Law Firm who suggested vacation recapture and filing a new H1 and labor as backup. Here I am, 10 years later, with green card... in hand and no issues whatsoever with the entire filing process. After the paid consult was done, I hired them right away for my GC processing. Everything works like magic. Once a process is started (EAD or RFE), you get an invoice. Once paid, within 24 hours your paralegal contacts you for information. Once you send that information, the same day (yes, same day!!), they send forms to sign. Once you sign and send, they file it the same day(EAD). For RFE they mailed it same day I sent the information and it reached USCIS the second day. If I had questions I just call and make an appointment with my attorney. They give a liberal 20 minute time slot in which you can get all questions answered. They are very professional and don't try to pry out money from you. In my opinion, you get more than what you pay for. I will absolutely hire them for future immigration needs.

H1B, H4 and H4 EAD

My Lawyer filed H1B extention, H4 and H4 EAD for my spouse. So far I have been using MLF for 6 years and I find them very knowledgeable and friendly. They are very prompt, always listen to my concerns with greater details and help me with my immigration needs to a greater detail. I would say they are... experts when it comes to immigration matters and you will never be disappointed. Though their fees are quite high, I strongly believe that if you are good at something, never do it for free. High fees are the premium you pay for the expert service you get, you can have a peace of mind rather than paying less and choosing some firm / attorney to screw up your immigration case. I will continue to use MLF for all my future immigration needs.
